Consumer Notice

Pennsylvania law requires real estate brokers and salespersons (licensees) to advise consumers of the businessrelationships permitted by the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act.  A licensee may have the following business relationships with the consumer:

a)  Seller Agency
b)  Buyer Agency
c)  Dual Agency
d)  Designated Agency
e)  Transaction Licensee

Please review the Consumer Notice pdf file by clicking on this link and return it to us using one of the three methods listed below.

1)  Save the Consumer Notice pdf file to your hard drive.  Create a new e-mail message addressed to Info@PlazaRealty.net attach the pdf file to the e-mail with your digital signature and send it.

2)  Open the Consumer Notice file and print it out from within Adobe Acrobat.  Sign the Consumer Notice and fax back to us @ (610) 625-4126.

3)  Open the Consumer Notice file and print it out from within Adobe Acrobat.  Sign the Consumer Notice and mail it to us @ 224 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018-6224.
